BLUE sweet apple charlotte

Place chopped apples in a shallow oven proof dish, pour over BLUE Sweet Syrup and cook in a hot oven.  Toss cubes of bread in hot butter add BLUE Sweet Syrup and cook until crispy.  Place on top of apple mixture and serve with crème fraiche
