BLUE savoury roast vegetables & meat glaze

Toss a selection of seasonal vegetables in a greased oven-proof dish and add BLUE Savoury Sauce.  Cook in a medium oven, stirring every 10 minutes.  Serve with a garnish of fresh garden herbs.
